1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using 100billion OMS. It forms part of the Terms of Use and may be updated periodically.
2. General Prohibitions
Do not violate any law, third-party right, or contractual obligation; do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
3. Restricted Content
No illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; no malware, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
4. E-commerce & Product Restrictions
Prohibited: counterfeit goods, stolen property, illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, human trafficking, child exploitation, hateful or extremist content, and any products requiring licenses you do not hold.
5. Security & System Abuse
No unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, botting, or denial-of-service attacks; do not share credentials or attempt to bypass security controls.
6. Resource Usage & Fair Use
Excessive API calls, bandwidth consumption, or storage that materially degrades the Services may be rate-limited, throttled, or suspended; adhere to plan limits.
7. Enforcement Measures
We may issue warnings, remove content, suspend or terminate access, preserve or disclose information to authorities or rights holders, and pursue legal remedies for violations.
8. Reporting Violations
Report suspected violations to legal@100billiontech.in with sufficient detail for investigation.
9. Amendments
We may revise this AUP at any time by posting an updated version; continued use signifies acceptance.
